Temporary Fix for Registry Registry Manager

Registrar Registry Manager has trouble running on Windows 11 2024H2 edition.

A temporary fix has been published which will remain available until the next version of Registrar Registry Manager is released.
After you have downloaded the file, extract it into the installation directory of Registar Registry Manager. thereby overwriting any existing file(s).
The default installation directory of Registrar is C:\Program Files\Registrar Registry Manager
