Interface Layout Options

Registrar Registry Manager allows you to customize the visual appearance of the registry editing windows and views. To open the Display Options dialog, choose Tools -> Options .. from the main menu and select Layout.

Window layout
Select Classic interface if you prefer to use a classic multiple document interface without tabs. Select Tabbed interface if you wish to have registry tool or editing windows tabbed side by side.


Group editing windows in a tabbed interface
Here you can specify if you want registry editing windows to be tabbed. This option is enabled only if Window layout is set to Tabbed interface.


Group tool windows in a tabbed interface
Here you can specify if you want registry tool windows such as the search, monitor and backup utility to be tabbed. This option is enabled only if Window layout is set to Tabbed interface.


Maximize to tab when tabbing is enabled
If this option is checked, any registry editing or tool window will be tabbed when the window is maximized from an untabbed state. If this option is not checked, the window will be maximized normally instead.


High DPI awareness
If this is disabled, the software will be displayed in a scaled manner to accomodate your screen resolution. If you are using a high DPI display, it is recommended that you unselect this for a proper experience.
